Kristi is an Associate in the Los Angeles office of Berry Appleman & Leiden LLP. She focuses her practice on U.S. business immigration, with specialization in the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program, and the sports and entertainment sector.
Kristi has successfully represented clients on a wide variety of family-based and employment-based immigration matters. She has worked with professional and corporate clients of all sizes, from start-ups and small businesses to multinational corporations, in a broad range of industries, including technology, healthcare, finance, engineering, and hospitality. Kristi advises foreign investors, project developers, and regional centers on all aspects of the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program.
Prior to joining BAL, Kristi worked for a large global immigration firm. She was previously a partner in a small, boutique business law firm. Additionally, Kristi managed the immigration practice group of an international, full-service law firm. She is fluent in Vietnamese.
