Kevin is an Associate in the San Francisco office of Berry Appleman & Leiden LLP. He advises clients on employment-based U.S. immigration matters and focuses on nonimmigrant visas. Kevin’s experience also extends to immigrant visas and global immigration matters.

Kevin began his legal career with Berry Appleman & Leiden LLP as a Law Clerk, assisting in global immigration matters. He assessed the client’s immigration needs and developed case strategies for business travel, as well as short-term and long-term assignments end-to-end. During law school, Kevin clerked for several boutique law firms practicing a broad range of immigration law.

As a first-generation Vietnamese-American, Kevin has a genuine interest in and appreciation of immigration. Having been raised in a predominate immigrant community has exposed him to the many challenges that immigrants are faced with on a regular basis.
