Jonathan Nagel

Jonathan is a Senior Associate in BAL’s Boston office. He partners with multinational corporations by providing program management, strategic consulting, and quality control to help companies create best in class global immigration programs. While primarily focusing on non-US immigration, he has experience working with companies ranging from start-ups to some of the largest companies in the world across various industries, including retail, information technology, financial services, pharmaceutical, defense contracting, engineering, media, consulting, and more.

Prior to joining BAL, Jonathan worked as a Manager for an Immigration law firm, overseeing thousands of immigration cases per year. He has successfully managed legal teams and supervised attorneys working together across dozens of countries. Additionally, he has worked extensively on immigration compliance with companies, and has a strong interest in mergers and acquisitions — having managed several from an immigration perspective in the past few years, including a $67 billion acquisition.
