Hugo is a Senior Associate in the Chicago office of BAL. He advises clients on business immigration and international labor force management, specializing in employment-based nonimmigrant H, L, E-1, E-2, E-3, O and P visas. He also is experienced with PERM, Adjustment of Status, Consular Processing, I-9 compliance, family immigration and naturalization. Hugo is also a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
