Brittney is an Associate in the Houston office of BAL, where she focuses on employment-based immigration, including nonimmigrant and immigrant visa petitions. She has experience in PERM, E-2s, E-3s, EB-1s, EB-2s, H-1Bs, L-1s, O-1As, TNs, as well as both employment-based and family-based adjustment of status applications. Brittney also advises clients on immigration strategies, ensuring compliance with changing laws and regulations while still meeting their business objectives.

Prior to joining BAL, Brittney worked at a Houston-based immigration law firm handling a range of employment-based and family-based immigration matters, in addition to labor and employment cases. Brittney also has experience with removal defense and litigation. In 2023, Brittney was recognized as Best Lawyers®: Ones to Watch.
