Morgan Leon

Morgan is a Staff Attorney in BAL’s Houston office, assisting with nonimmigrant and immigrant employment-based visa matters. She is committed to helping businesses and their employees navigate the U.S. immigration process.

Before entering immigration law, Morgan built a strong foundation in government law, where she gained valuable experience navigating regulatory frameworks and policy. This background allows her to approach immigration matters with a unique perspective, balancing legal precision with an understanding of how laws and policies affect businesses.

Morgan is actively involved in several organizations, including the Houston Young Lawyers Association and three sections in the State Bar of Texas: the Corporate Counsel Section, the Government Law Section and the Administrative and Public Law Section.

In her free time, Morgan enjoys traveling to new destinations.
