Michelle is an Associate at BAL’s New York office, where she represents multinational corporations in a broad spectrum of immigrant and nonimmigrant business immigration matters. She holds extensive experience in complex visa processes and has successfully handled PERM labor certification applications, H-1B, L-1A/B, E-2, E-3, TN, EB-1C, EB-2 visas and more.

Before joining BAL, Michelle practiced at a midsized law firm in New York City, advising financial services clients on all aspects of employment-based immigration. She also previously worked closely with clients in the fashion and arts industries, securing visas for individuals with extraordinary ability in these fields.

Beyond her corporate immigration work, Michelle is deeply committed to pro bono advocacy. She has represented individuals in humanitarian cases before the Executive Office for Immigration Review and has assisted unaccompanied minors, victims of domestic violence and refugees in navigating the immigration system.

Michelle is a longstanding member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
