Megan Smith

Megan is an Associate in BAL’s Dallas office. She works on various aspects of employment-based immigration for clients and their foreign national employees.

Prior to joining BAL, Megan led Mosaic Family Services’ Counter-Trafficking Division, helping victims obtain lawful status in the United States. As the daughter of an immigrant, she has dedicated her legal career to helping foreign nationals navigate the complicated legal terrain of immigration. In her free time, Megan likes volunteering in her local community and spending time with her daughter.
