Lance Celaya

Lance is an Associate in the Dallas office of BAL. His practice includes consulting with multinational corporations on all types of global immigration matters in a wide range of industries including engineering, manufacturing, information technology, oil and gas, construction and pharmaceutical. Lance assists his clients in obtaining the appropriate business visas for their international workforce and partners with them in creating strategic global immigration programs.

Prior to joining BAL, Lance served as an attorney advisor with the U.S. Department of Justice, where he focused on immigration-related matters for the Executive Office for Immigration Review. He is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and Worldwide ERC - The Workforce Mobility Association.
