John Geaney

John is a Staff Attorney in BAL's Dallas office. He handles both nonimmigrant and immigrant employment-based visa matters.

Prior to joining BAL, John worked on employment-based filings for employers in the healthcare and information technology industries, as well as family-based and humanitarian filings before United States Citizenship and Immigration Services and the Executive Office for Immigration Review. During law school, John interned with Human Rights First and volunteered in his college immigration clinic.
