Chanille directs BAL’s award-winning Products team from our Dallas office. Using her extensive background at software companies, she has developed the team with a deliberate strategy that has expanded its services and functionality to cover all facets of software development, creating Product Management, Development, QA, UX Design, Product Support and DevOps teams.

In 2020, Chanille led the conception, creation and launch of BAL’s first B2C product, a SaaS-based mobile app dubbed Case TrueTime. It is the first app to give immigration applicants real-time alerts and a precise estimate of the date the government will decide their case.

By creating her team’s organizational structure to emulate a software company, Chanille has helped to establish BAL’s standing as a leader in both the legal industry and tech space, earning national recognition with Legalweek’s Most Innovative Law Firm Operations Team Award in 2021 and the Best in Biz 2022 Technology Department of the Year Silver Award.

Her team’s work contributed to BAL’s recognition by Fast Company magazine as one of the 2023 Best Workplaces for Innovators and as one of the Most Innovative Companies in the world. Chanille has also received industry recognition for her leadership and vision as well. For example, Texas Lawyer honored her with its 2022 Legal Innovator Award.
