Andrio Gumbs

Andrio is a Staff Attorney in BAL’s Dallas office, where he handles nonimmigrant and immigrant employment-based visa matters.

Prior to joining BAL, Andrio worked with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services as an adjudicative officer. During his tenure with the federal government, Andrio gained exposure to the adjudicative process for both family-based and employment-based applications. Andrio also worked at several immigration law firms, both family- and employment-based, including a temporary stint with BAL as a summer law clerk in 2022.

In his spare time, Andrio enjoys reading, exercising and binge-watching both college and professional football during the fall.
