Zach is a Senior Associate in the Dallas office of Berry Appleman & Leiden LLP. He works on various aspects of employment-based immigration, with a focus on non-immigrant visa matters.
Zach’s passion for immigration law began when he lived outside the US for several years. During this time, he developed a lasting appreciation for the world’s diverse cultures and enjoyed building relationships with people from around the globe. Prior to joining BAL, he worked at a boutique employment-based immigration firm in Houston, TX focusing on H-1B, F-1, TN, L and EB-1 cases. Zach’s initial immigration law experience was an internship with The Office of Chief Counsel.
