Yufan Peng

Yufan is an Associate in the Dallas office of Berry Appleman & Leiden LLP, working on all nonimmigrant and immigrant visa matters for the United States. She has experience in H-1Bs, TNs, L-1s, E-2s, PERMs, as well as Immigrant Visa petitions and Adjustment of Status applications.

Prior to joining BAL, Yufan worked as an Immigration In-house Counsel for an international company, focusing on all aspects of employment-based immigrant and non-immigrant matters. Additionally, Yufan worked at a boutique immigration law firm in Kansas City, providing assistance to family-based and employment based cases.
