Yuki is an Associate in the Dallas office of Berry Appleman & Leiden LLP, where she represents and counsels corporate clients from diverse industries in a wide variety of immigrant and nonimmigrant petitions, including H-1B, L-1, TN, E-2, PERM labor certification, EB-1, and Adjustment of Status.
Prior to joining BAL, Yuki worked at a prominent boutique immigration law firm in Los Angeles, representing both businesses and individuals in employment-based and investment-based matters. In addition to the traditional employment-based visa petitions, she also worked extensively on the EB-5 immigrant visa category advising high net worth entrepreneurs, investors and executives in obtaining permanent residency in the United States.
Yuki lived in Shanghai and Hong Kong before moving to the United States. An immigrant herself, Yuki’s multicultural background and experience is an asset to her representation of diverse clients.
Yuki speaks English, Mandarin Chinese and Cantonese.
