Yeerin Kwon

Yeerin is a Staff Attorney in our Dallas office. She works on NIV cases, including H-1B, TN, and E-3, IV cases including EB-1A, EB-1B, EB-1C and NIW cases, and AOS's. She also helps with resolving USCIS requests and office actions.

Prior to joining BAL, Yeerin worked as a public defender in Pennsylvania. While at Temple Law, Yeerin interned at both immigration and non-immigration nonprofit organizations, including Free Migration Project and Innocence Project of Pennsylvania.
