William is a Staff Attorney in the Lake Charles office of BAL, where he advises clients on all immigrant and nonimmigrant visa matters.

William has extensive experience representing clients in the PERM process, as well as H-2A, H-2B, H-1B, TN, family, adjustment of status, and consular processing matters. Versatile in Spanish and English, he earned an M.A. in Latin American history prior to attending law school. He concentrated on immigration during law school, interning at the LSU Paul M. Heber Law Center Immigration Clinic, and also clerked for his local Public Defender’s Office. William began his immigration career clerking for celebrated immigration attorney Ashley Foret Dees, who is now a Partner with BAL. William is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
