Vy Harris

Vy is an Associate in the Dallas office of Berry Appleman & Leiden LLP, working on various employment-based immigration projects, with a focus on non-immigrant visa matters.  

Vy’s Vietnamese-American background gave Vy the passion for immigration. Her parent’s immigrant story made her humble and empathetic to those seeking to achieve the American Dream. Prior to joining Berry Appleman & Leiden LLP, Vy worked for a boutique employment-based immigration firm in Houston, TX as Managing Attorney for the NIV department. In this role she primarily focused on H-1B, F-1, TN, and E cases, responded to complex requests for evidence, and provided filing strategies to companies and foreign nationals. Vy also participated in several speaking events at The University of Houston and The University of Houston-Clear Lake to discuss options for F-1 international students after graduation.
