Virginia Snyder

Virginia is an Associate in the Santa Clara, CA, office of BAL. She specializes in employment-based immigration, including nonimmigrant and immigrant visa matters, as well as the PERM labor certification process. In her role at BAL, Virginia provides program management, strategic consulting and quality control to help multinational corporations to create best-in-class global immigration programs. She has led comprehensive end-to-end processes for major projects including the green card filing surge in October 2020 and H-1B cap season. During COVID-19, she also built and deployed a National Interest Exemption (NIE) program for a top Fortune 500 company.

Prior to joining BAL, Virginia worked as an associate at a global corporate immigration law firm in the Bay Area, where she gained experience working for Fortune 100 companies. Virginia belongs to the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
