Virginia is an Associate at the Santa Clara office of Berry Appleman & Leiden LLP. Her practice focuses on all aspects of employment-based immigration, including nonimmigrant and immigrant visa matters, as well as the PERM labor certification process. She collaborates with multinational corporate clients across a variety of industries, including semiconductor, biopharmaceutical and information technology, providing program management, strategic consulting and quality control to help companies create and maintain best-in-class immigration programs. She has championed comprehensive end-to-end processes for major projects including the green card filing surge in October 2020 and H-1B cap season. During COVID-19, she also built and deployed a National Interest Exemption (NIE) program for a top Fortune 500 company.

Prior to joining BAL, Virginia served as an associate attorney at a high-volume immigration law firm in the Bay Area.
