Tresa Anita Katticaren

Tresa is a Staff Attorney in the Dallas office of BAL, where she advises clients on all nonimmigrant matters, including H-1B cap petitions.

Tresa has extensive experience representing clients in both family-based and employment-based visa matters. Versatile in English, Hindi, Tamil and Malayalam, she demonstrated a talent for immigration law during law school when she clerked as a student attorney working on employment-based visas and responses to complex Requests for Evidence from USCIS. Her curricular and extracurricular achievements, as well as her substantial contributions to her law school’s international community, were distinguished by the Philadelphia Bar Association. Tresa is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and the New York State Bar Association.
