Tobias Boydstun

Toby Boydstun is a Senior Associate in the Houston office of BAL. He works on all inbound U.S. nonimmigrant and immigrant visa matters and has extensive experience with PERM, H-1B, TN, E-3, L-1, O-1, as well as EB-1, EB-2 and EB-3 immigrant petitions.

Prior to joining BAL, Toby worked for a boutique immigration firm, focusing on business immigration matters for large and mid-sized businesses across a variety of industries, with a particular focus on the energy sector.
