Tobias Boydstun

Toby is a Senior Associate in the Houston office of BAL. His experience covers a broad range of business immigration law, with a focus on employment-based immigrant and nonimmigrant visa petitions and PERM Labor Certification. He provides strategic counsel to multinational corporate clients on a range of complex immigration matters and represents companies and individuals before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, the U.S. Department of Labor, and the U.S. Department of State. Prior to joining BAL, Toby focused on business immigration matters for large and mid-sized businesses across a variety of industries, with a particular focus on the energy sector.
