Tiffany Martinez is a Senior Associate in the San Francisco office of Berry Appleman and Leiden LLP. She provides strategic counsel to clients of all sizes, from start-ups to Fortune 500 multinational corporations, on all aspects of U.S. immigration. Tiffany takes a hands-on approach with clients and specializes in developing and streamlining immigration compliance programs efficiently and effectively, which in turn, provides a best-in-class experience for employees. Tiffany is a recognized national expert on a wide range of employment-based and family-based matters, including nonimmigrant visa matters, immigrant visa matters, and related matters. On numerous occasions, she has composed articles, edited publications, and served as a speaker for American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) on the local and national levels, as noted below.

In addition, Tiffany currently serves in key leadership roles within the immigration field. She is on the Board of Governors for AILA National and is on the Executive Board for AILA NorCal. She also serves on the Governance Committee and the New Members Division (NMD) Steering Committee for AILA National.

As part of an immigrant family, Tiffany has a sincere interest in immigration, which led her to her first immigration position at BAL prior to law school. While in law school at the University of Maryland, she served as Class President and clerked for U.S. Senator Dianne Feinstein on the Subcommittee on Immigration, Border Security, and Refugees. Prior to her return to BAL, Tiffany practiced business immigration law at top-rated firms in the U.S.
