Theresa Meehan

Theresa is a Associate in the Northern Virginia office of Berry Appleman & Leiden LLP. She works on both immigrant and non-immigrant petitions, particularly on Request for Evidence responses and Multinational Manager I-140 petitions.

Theresa was previously a paralegal at BAL, focusing on PERM and H-1B petitions. Prior to re-joining BAL, Theresa worked on immigrant petitions at a corporate immigration firm in Virginia. While at the University of Virginia School of Law, Theresa was a Co-Coordinator of the Immigration Law Program, helping to educate students about immigration issues.
