Susan Kivuvani

Susan is a Senior Associate in the Dallas office of Berry Appleman & Leiden LLP. She focuses her practice on employment based non-immigration matters including TN, H, O and L visas, and immigrant visa petitions.

Before joining the firm, Susan worked at a boutique immigration law firm in Dallas where she focused her practice on several areas of business immigration law, including both immigrant and non-immigrant visa classifications, as well as family-based immigration law. During law school, Susan gained legal experience interning at the University of Kansas Immigration & Asylum Clinic.
