Susan Kivuvani

Born and raised in Kenya, Susan is a Senior Associate in the Dallas office of BAL. She focuses her practice on employment-based nonimmigration matters, including TN, H, O and L visas, as well as immigrant visa petitions. Susan also advises clients on implementing company immigration policies, compliance issues and corporate restructuring.

Before joining the firm, Susan worked at a boutique immigration law firm in Dallas where she focused on business immigration law (including both immigrant and nonimmigrant visa classifications), as well as family-based immigration law.

During law school, Susan gained legal experience interning at the University of Kansas Immigration & Asylum Clinic.
