Storm is a Senior Associate in the Dallas office of BAL. He has deep expertise within the field of immigration law, focusing primarily on employment-based immigrant and nonimmigrant matters on behalf of corporate and individual clients and their families. Storm counsels clients to ensure compliance with immigrant workforce and record-keeping provisions. He also provides strategic guidance on corporate mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring matters related to immigration regulations and memoranda.

Prior to joining BAL, Storm worked as an attorney at corporate immigration law firms in Houston, Detroit, and the Washington, D.C., area. He is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and a passionate advocate for animal rights.
