Stephen Parker

Stephen is a Senior Associate in the Dallas office of Berry Appleman & Leiden LLP where he focuses his practice on PERM labor certification and immigrant (“green card”) petitions. He has experience handling all aspects of the business immigration process, including employment-based non-immigrant visas, PERM labor certification applications, immigrant petitions, and adjustment of status.

Prior to joining BAL, Stephen worked as an in-house corporate immigration paralegal for a major software technology company. He has also practiced business immigration law within the immigration practice group of an Am Law 100 top-rated firm.
