Smriti Sahni

Smriti is an Associate in the Santa Clara office of Berry Appleman & Leiden LLP, handling U.S. immigrant visa petitions for large corporations. Smriti has experience in all type of U.S. nonimmigrant and immigrant visa matters, including PERM, H-1Bs, L-1s, TNs, E-3s, as well as employment-based I-140 immigrant petitions and adjustment of status applications.

Prior to joining BAL, Smriti worked as an Associate for a global immigration firm where she advised clients on their various immigrant and nonimmigrant visa needs. Smriti speaks English and Hindi.
