Simon Craven

Simon is an Associate in the New York office of BAL, where he advises multinational clients on all immigrant and nonimmigrant visa matters.

Simon has diverse experience representing clients across the financial, manufacturing, creative, and religious sectors, in both corporate and family immigration matters.

Dedicated to advocacy and versatile in English and French, Simon also volunteered with the Immigrant Legal Advocacy Project, providing counsel to low-income clients. Simon is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
