Shehryar Chaudhry

Shehryar is a Partner in the San Francisco office of BAL. He provides strategic counsel to clients on all aspects of corporate and business immigration, working with Fortune 500 companies as well as with small and medium-sized businesses, startups, and non-profit organizations. His practice focuses on employment-based immigration matters, including assisting companies and their employees in all facets of non-immigrant and immigrant visa matters before the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, the U.S. Department of Labor and the U.S. Department of State. Shehryar also provides counsel to employers in the areas of immigration compliance, program management, and immigration strategies related to corporate reorganizations. He serves clients in a variety of industries, including technology, engineering, software, and media.

Prior to joining BAL, Shehryar practiced business immigration law at a boutique immigration law firm in San Diego, California.
