Sami Adhikari

Sami is an Associate in the Houston office of BAL. She handles all aspects of employment-based immigration, including nonimmigrant and immigrant visa matters. In this capacity, she oversees a team of paralegals in the preparation and organization of all necessary documentation for immigration applications. In addition, she serves as a point of contact for clients and collaborates closely to understand their unique goals to tailor immigration strategies that align with their business objectives.

While in law school, Sami served as President of the Association of Women in Law. Prior to joining BAL, she handled a wide variety of family and employment-based visa processes. Sami is a self-confessed globetrotter and enjoys exploring new cultures.
