Sam is an Associate in the Dallas office of Berry Appleman & Leiden LLP, working on nonimmigrant and immigrant visa matters. Sam has experience representing clients in the information technology, consulting and e-commerce industries. Prior to joining BAL, he practiced at a large global immigration firm in Boston.
During law school, Sam was recognized as the National Jurist, 2020 National Law Student of the Year. He also served as Chief Articles Editor for the Suffolk Transnational Law Review, President of the Black Law Students Association, and was involved with the Suffolk Law Immigration Clinic, through which he had the privilege to represent clients seeking humanitarian immigration relief. Sam is proud to call himself a Palestinian-American, and his family’s immigration journey inspired him to pursue a career in immigration law. Sam speaks English and some Arabic.
