Saima is a Senior Associate in the Dallas office of Berry Appleman & Leiden LLP and she practices business immigration, facilitating the international mobility and permanent residence for her clients’ employees.
She focuses her practice on employment-based non-immigration matters, including H-1B, H-1B1, TN, L-1, E-3 and immigrant visa matters. She represents employers and individuals before the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, the U.S. Department of Labor, and the U.S. Department of State. Before joining the firm, she served as an associate for a Big Four Accounting Firm, where she gained significant experience preparing employment-based petitions and applications.
