Ronald Oye

Ron is Senior Counsel in the Dallas office of Berry Appleman & Leiden LLP. His practice includes both nonimmigrant and immigrant business visa issues, as well as advising companies in immigration practice and policy concerns. Ron’s current practice focuses on advising and representing clients in a variety of industries, but with a primary focus on high tech, engineering and construction industries. He also counsels clients on public access and I-9 program compliance and enhancements.

Ron previously served in-house as Corporate Immigration Counsel for a large technology company in Silicon Valley, and subsequently served as an associate at a large full service immigration firm in the San Francisco Bay Area where he managed a diverse caseload of immigration matters for start-ups as well as Fortune 100 and 500 companies.
