Rishika is an Associate in the Dallas office of Berry Appleman & Leiden LLP. She works on employment-based immigration with a focus on both non-immigrant and immigrant visa matters.

Prior to joining BAL, Rishika worked at a boutique immigration law firm where she focused her practice on employment-based immigration law, including H-1Bs, TNs, R-1s, P-1As, and I-140s. While in law school, Rishika interned for the City of Houston’s Legal Department in both the Neighborhood Services and Claims & Subrogation departments. She also interned with the Houston Area Women’s Center (HAWC), focusing on Violence Against Women Act issues.

Rishika’s commitment and passion for immigration law stems from her immigrant background. She immigrated to the US from India at the age of ten.
