Rick is an Associate in the Dallas office of Berry Appleman & Leiden LLP. He specializes in corporate immigration with a particular focus on intra-company work transferee petitions for executive and managerial level employees as well as workers who possess advanced and specialized knowledge. Rick believes the field of immigration is one of the most dynamic areas of law and he actively seeks to identify industry trends and stay abreast of new developments.
Prior to joining Berry Appleman & Leiden LLP, Rick worked for a global immigration firm in New York City where he guided a top consulting firm on PERM related matters before the Department of Labor, and responded to complex Requests for Evidence issued by United States Citizenship and Immigration Services
