Ralph is a Senior Associate in the Dallas office of Berry Appleman & Leiden LLP. His practice focuses on developing and implementing corporate immigration strategies to meet the needs of his clients, ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies. His practice encompasses all aspects of nonimmigrant and immigrant visas.

Prior to joining BAL, Ralph worked for a large global immigration firm, where he represented clients in energy, finance, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, engineering, healthcare, supply chain, transportation and technology sectors. Ralph has native fluency in Korean.
