Rachel Griswold* is a Senior Client Relationships Manager in the Dallas office of Berry Appleman & Leiden LLP. She has over a decade of experience, starting her career as an Administrative Assistant then working for several years as a Paralegal. Rachel serves as a subject matter expert on nonimmigrant and immigrant visa matters. She is responsible for driving the client experience and day-to-day delivery of account management functions in collaboration with broader firm-wide resources. Rachel applies her legal background to support a portfolio of clients in which they need to fully understand their client’s business objectives, values, culture, performance metrics, competitive landscape, financial considerations, organizational structure, and key contacts. She focuses on developing and fostering relationships while ensuring an exceptional experience, overall satisfaction, and client retention. Additionally, Rachel helps lead local community service activities, employee appreciation projects, and Great Place To Work initiatives.
Prior to joining BAL, Rachel was employed with a Dallas-based immigration law office for approximately five years, where she handled a wide array of employment-based immigration matters.
