“During law school, I found a passion for immigration advocacy, interning at the Legal Aid Justice Center on removal defense, asylum, and special immigrant juvenile cases. That perspective continues to inform my approach to corporate immigration law.”

Phillip is an Associate in the Houston office of BAL, where he focuses on employment-based immigration for businesses, ranging from small businesses to large corporations.

Phillip advises clients on all employment-based immigrant and nonimmigrant matters. His expertise spans a range of petitions, including seasonal agricultural H-2A , seasonal non-agricultural H-2B petitions, H-1b petitions, and TN visas. Phillip also assists clients with PERM labor certifications, I-140 petitions, and adjustment of status applications. Phillip’s facility with Spanish and French equips him to help corporate clients and their foreign nationals. Phillip is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
