Phillip is an Associate in the Houston office of BAL, where he advises clients on all employment-based immigrant and nonimmigrant matters, including petitions.
Phillip has wide expertise in employment-based visa matters, and is versatile in French and Spanish. During law school, he focused on immigration advocacy, interning at the Legal Aid Justice Center on removal defense, asylum, and special immigrant juvenile cases. Phillip is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
