“Corporate immigration is a constantly changing, complex system at the center of many varied interests and agendas. But at its core, our daily work is about the people we are walking through that maze. The thing I love most about this job is working with a brilliant team to find clever and innovative solutions that help our clients navigate this path. We get to see the work we do change lives on a daily basis.”

Paul is a Partner in the Dallas office of BAL. His practice focuses on employment-based immigration matters, including immigrant visa matters covering all aspects of the permanent residency process, nonimmigrant visa matters, and I-9 and other compliance issues.
