Nassim Mahzoon

Nassim is a Partner with BAL and leads the Santa Clara office. She concentrates on business immigration matters, including PERM labor certification applications, immigrant visa petitions, and adjustment of status applications.

Prior to joining BAL, Nassim worked at a boutique law firm in Los Angeles, practicing a broader range of immigration, business, and criminal law. She volunteered at the San Francisco Public Defender’s Office and campaigned for the American Civil Liberties Union, particularly advocating for the human rights and civil liberties of immigrants in the United States. Nassim is fluent in Farsi.
