Milad is a Staff Attorney in the Denver office of Berry Appleman & Leiden LLP, working on all nonimmigrant and immigrant visa matters. He began his immigration career as an attorney for a boutique firm in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, where he assisted in preparing, assembling, and submitting H-1B, E-2, L-1, and TN petitions, as well as writing responses to requests for evidence (RFEs).

During law school, Milad assisted clients at the Levin College of Law Immigration Clinic in preparing of U visa petitions for certain crime victims. He also interned, helping to draft and submit family-based petitions and assisting with prehearing asylum briefs. Milad speaks English and Farsi.
