Mark Trocinski

Mark is an Associate in the Denver office of Berry Appleman & Leiden LLP, working on all U.S. nonimmigrant and immigrant visa matters. Mark has experience in H-1B, H-1B1, J-1, F-1, O-1, L-1, TN, E-1, E-2, PERM, EB-1, and Schedule A nurse petitions.

Prior to his immigration law practice, Mark served as a Foreign Service Officer in the U.S. Department of State. After serving two years in Washington, Mark was posted abroad as a consular officer for over two years, and he personally adjudicated over 60,000 NIV applications and several hundred IV applications during this time. Mark also lived abroad while teaching Business Law at American University in Bulgaria. Mark speaks English and Spanish.
