Mark is a Senior Associate in the Dallas office of Berry Appleman & Leiden LLP, handling a broad range of U.S. non immigrant and immigrant visa matters. He has experience filing PERM, H-1Bs, L-1s, O-1s, EB-1s, and other immigrant and nonimmigrant visa classifications, as well as responding to agency requests for information and managing all aspects of the immigration process.
Prior to joining BAL, Mark worked at the Silicon Valley office of a boutique immigration law firm, focusing on the immigration and business needs of start-ups, tech companies, and the subsidiaries of large foreign organizations. Additionally, Mark has several years of experience practicing business and real estate law for small and medium-sized companies. He has substantial experience providing pro bono legal services to low-income, underserved communities in the San Francisco Bay Area through work with Bay Area Legal Aid.
