Margret is a Senior Associate in the San Francisco office of Berry Appleman & Leiden LLP. She has experience with various corporate immigration legal matters, as well as family-based US immigration. She currently focuses on employment-based nonimmigrant visa matters.

Prior to joining BAL, Margret served as an associate with a small immigration law firm in the Silicon Valley. There, she practiced a broad range of immigration matters, including family and employment-based immigrati on applications. She also previously worked for international organizations focused on international human rights, transitional justice, and human trafficking issues. Prior to and during law school, Margret worked as an immigration paralegal, working on O-1, H-1B, L-1, and R nonimmigrant visa petitions.
