Lucrecia Davis is Senior Counsel in the Houston office of Berry Appleman & Leiden LLP. She provides strategic counsel to clients on all aspects of corporate and business immigration matters, working with Fortune 500 companies, as well as with small and medium-sized businesses. She has significant experience in helping global businesses manage and better understand international assignments and the employment of foreign nationals on both a temporary and permanent basis in the United States. She advises and represents employers and individuals before the US Department of Homeland Security, the US Department of Labor and US Department of State. Lucrecia has represented clients in a variety of industries, including energy, financial services, technology, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing and engineering.
Prior to joining BAL, Lucrecia worked at full-service global and national immigration firms. Utilizing her fluency in Spanish, Lucrecia has provided pro-bono representation to children and families from Central America through organizations including Catholic Charities and Kids in Need of Defense (KIND), where she also sits on the Houston Advisory Board.
