Lilian is a Staff Attorney in the San Francisco office of Berry Appleman & Leiden LLP. She works on all employment-based immigrant visa matters, including PERM labor certification, EB-1 Multinational Manager immigrant visa petitions, and Adjustment of Status related case types, for high volume corporate clients. She guides clients and business partners on immigration best practices and policies.

Prior to joining BAL, Lilian was an intern at the Worker Rights and Fair Labor Section of the California Department of Justice. Lilian was also a law clerk for the U.S. Department of Education, Office for Civil Rights, where she assisted with investigations regarding race, gender, and disability-based discrimination claims. Prior to attending law school, Lilian worked at a business immigration law firm on a variety of immigrant visa case types. Lilian speaks English and Spanish.
