Libby Humpal

Libby is a Staff Attorney in the Dallas office of Berry Appleman & Leiden LLP, working on all non-immigrant and immigrant visa matters for the United States. She specializes in Request for Evidence and has experience in a variety of case types including, H-1Bs, L-1A, L-1B, and I-140, as well as EB-1 multinational manager immigrant visa petitions. Libby began her immigration career as a Law Clerk at BAL, assisting with H-1B immigration applications.

Prior to joining BAL, Libby interned at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Region 6 Office in the hazardous waste disposal group. Additionally, Libby is on the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers business transaction boot camp CLE committee.
