As a Senior Counsel in the San Francisco office of Berry Appleman & Leiden LLP, Larry leverages his extensive background with respect to all aspects of business immigration law, regulation, and policy to create successful immigration programs for our clients.  Larry leads a variety of business immigration matters for BAL, including employment visas for professionals, intracompany transferees, investors, and trainees. He has federal agency experience, including numerous petitions before the Department of Homeland Security, visa processing with the Department of State, and employer compliance investigations by the Department of Labor (DOL) and Immigrations and Customs Enforcement (ICE). Larry speaks on a variety of immigration topics involving human resources, legal concerns and recruiting and retention issues. He has also engaged in extensive liaison work with the Department of Homeland Security through positions held with the American Immigration Lawyers Association.  Larry is also fluent in Mandarin.
