Kyle Klaudt

Kyle is a Senior Associate in the Dallas office of Berry Appleman & Leiden LLP. His practice focuses on all aspects of employment-based immigration, including nonimmigrant and immigrant visa petitions, permanent residence, PERM labor certifications, as well as mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to joining BAL, Kyle worked with the Maricopa County Capital Post Conviction Unit in an effort to exonerate wrongfully convicted individuals.
