Kevin Yeh

Kevin is an Associate in the Dallas office of Berry Appleman & Leiden LLP, working on nonimmigrant and immigrant visa matters. He has experience with H-1B, L-1, O-1, and EB-1 visa petitions, as well as drafting responses to complex requests for evidence.

During law school, Kevin worked as a student attorney in the Immigrant Rights Clinic, where he represented clients in various stages of removal proceedings. He also served as an appellate advocacy chair for the Moot Court Executive Board, and as a summer intern for the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. After law school, Kevin began his legal career with BAL as a Law Clerk.
